is an American action film which is directed by Ted Post. A lot of murders occurred in the city of Los Angeles. Victims were a clever person, or drug smugglers and criminals. Inspector Harry was assigned to investigate these murders. But Harry's superiors is Briggs who hated him so much. Harry soon discovered why his boss hated him so much.
