Magnum, TC and Nuzo had escaped from a North Vietnamese POW camp. Then a war buddy bears bad news for Magnum and T.C.: a Russian who helped torture them in Vietnam is in Hawaii to finish the job. Magnum races to prevent a brainwashed T.C. from participating in an assassination.
