Boy Meets World is an American television sitcom that chronicles the coming of age events and everyday life-lessons of Cory Matthews (portrayed by Ben Savage). In the beginning of the second season, Cory Matthews gets detention after school for trying to listen to a Philadelphia Phillies baseball game in class while his teacher, Mr. Feeny, teaches the class the great value of love, using Romeo and Juliet as a guide.
