Jesse who get caught for stealing and damaging the theme park be friend with a killer Whale name Willy. They both get really close because they both have no family, so that only Jesse can teach Willy tricks while no one else can. But the theme park owner uses that to earn more money. Because of that Jesse and his friends try too take Willy out of that park and set him free.
