Ghost in the Shell: Arise - Border 3: Ghost Tears

The film follows two completely different cases simultaneously: Togusa has to investigate a murder of a cyber cyborg while Motoko and Batou is busy tracing a terrorist organization. But subsequent events indicate that these cases may have some connections.
