Rockman EXE : With World Three now disbanded, Count Elec has lost all motivation in life and wanders around with no hope. He returns to his childhood home where he reunites with his mother. Meanwhile, Netto's tour bus breaks down in front of they house and he goes inside to make a phone call. However, it is all a trap by Count Elec's mom who lures Netto into a deadly rematch with Count Elec and Elecman.
