The Bill: Stamp and Stringer chase a group of black youths. Stringer's got away but Stamp corners one in a building who maintains he was trying to get to the chippy. Brownlow opens the mobile crime prevention unit. There is a disturbance at a meeting because of Stamp's stop and search. The unit later gets stolen.
