When a 44 tonne freight lorry crashes and capsizes in the middle of the M6 a major incident is declared. With the morning rush hour fast approaching and tonnes of wreckage blocking both sides of one of Britain's busiest motorways, the patrollers have their work cut out.A man tries to pull the wool over the patroller's eyes when he runs out of fuel on the motorway, an HGV almost catches fire when his brakes lock on, and a school bus breaks down in a dangerous spot.
