Neven Maguire goes on a culinary journey around Portugal, beginning in the Algarve, where goes fishing for razor clams, and also visits the Estaminé restaurant to meet owner and manager Isabel Vincente. Neven takes a boat trip to spot dolphins and heads to Porches Pottery, which was set up in 1968 by Irish artist Patrick Swift to maintain the tradition of Portuguese pottery.
